Built by aviators,
for aviation

Flylogs was born from the frustration of managing flight operations with spreadsheets and paper. We knew there had to be a better way.

From a simple logbook to a complete aviation platform

Flylogs began in the early 2010s as a personal project — a digital logbook built by a pilot tired of paper and spreadsheets. What started as a hobbyist tool quickly found an audience among pilots who shared the same frustration.

By 2020, Flylogs had grown into a complete flight operations management platform, purpose-built for aviation companies. Flight schools, aero clubs, corporate operators and specialised organisations now rely on it to manage aircraft, pilots, training, documents and safety — all in one place.

Built by a professional pilot and software engineer, every feature decision starts with one question: does this make the life of a flight operations team easier?

Our mission & vision

Our Mission

Modernize the General Aviation businesses to make them more productive and efficient.

Our Vision

We will make Flylogs the standard solution in the General Aviation industry.

Aviation is still running on Excel and paper

Many small and medium-size General Aviation operators still manage logbooks, training and maintenance records on spreadsheets — or even paper.

Regulatory burden

Aviation requires all activity to be documented and stored for 5 years — sometimes permanently. Operators must be ready for unannounced regulator audits at any time.

Data trapped on-site

During COVID-19, operators discovered that locally stored data meant no remote work. Flight schools weren't prepared for distance training. Cloud changes everything.

Risk of costly fines

Mishandled or inaccessible data can result in expensive fines from aviation authorities. A modern system prevents compliance failures before they happen.

Flylogs is the answer. A modern, intuitive platform that lets aviation operators efficiently manage aircraft, pilots and training — from any device, anywhere in the world.
