We are glad to announce that the mostly requested feature is generally available for all Flylogs.com companies.
Company Flight Types and Pilot Flight functions
The new flight type form gives the company manager the option to completely customize how flight time is recorded on pilot logbooks.
The dropdown allows you to choose how the flight time will be accounted for each crew member.
The available options are: PIC, Flight Instructor, Copilot, Dual and NONE.
FOR STUDENT SOLO FLIGHTS UNDER A FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR SUPERVISION:
1 ) You can choose NONE for the FI,
2 ) and PIC for the student.
This way, only the student will get the flight time noted in his books while still the FI can manage and see the flight.
Additionally, on each student profile, you will find a course phase progress indicator under each training phase:
