Updates to Our Aircraft Booking System

Published — News

We are announcing recent enhancements to our aircraft booking system, based on feedback from our users. These updates are particularly relevant for companies using the self-booking tool.

A new, user-friendly form has been introduced to replace the old calendar. This form allows pilots to select a day, aircraft, and pilot while automatically checking pilot availability, licenses, medicals, and other necessary documents. It also verifies aircraft availability, paperwork, and any upcoming maintenance requirements.

In addition, the schedules manager view has been overhauled for easier management. The new view includes options to publish schedules, send notifications, view updates, check flight status, and cancel flights as needed.

After a flight is booked, the system will automatically send email notifications to the involved crew members and update their flight schedules and subscribed calendars.

We welcome your feedback on these changes and any potential impact on your current processes.

Thank you for your continued support.
